I.CORRESPONDENCE

Please send your orders, want lists and/or bids by E-mail, regular mail or FAX.  To complete any order process, be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope or an International Response Coupon ("I.R.C.")  with your inquiries. It is very important that you always include your NAME, MAILING ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER (along with appropriate country, city and/or area codes)  on all correspondence with Discophilia.

II.BID AND ORDERING PROCEDURES

A.Your bid(s) may be submitted either by E-mail, regular mail or by FAX. 

1.A mail-in bid must be received by Discophilia by the close of business on the final day of the auction. 

2.If you E-mail or FAX your bid(s), your FAX must be received at or before 5:00pm (17:00) Pacific Time on the final day of the auction.  The (U.S.) FAX number to use is:

B.We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids by any bidder. 

C.We cannot accept bids from minors. 

D.In the event of identical bids for the same item, the item will be awarded to the first bid received by Discophilia at our southern California offices. 

E.Payment for winning bids must be received by us within ten (10) days of notification;and, in the event of late or non-payment, your future bidding privileges may be cancelled. 

F.All sales are final and no item may be returned for any reason whatsoever.  If you place a bid or an order, your bid or order will constitute your acceptance of all terms listed herein.

III.ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT

A.  Discophilia will accept the following listed forms of payment:

1.    Personal checks;
2.    Cashier's checks;
3.    Certified checks;
4.    U. S. Postal Service or Western Union Money Orders; and,
5.    International Postal Money orders.

Please be advised that personal checks are subject to a hold for ten (10) business days before any items are shipped.

B.   All shipments to California residents are subject to an 8.25% Sales Tax under the laws of the State of California. 

IV.POSTAGE AND INSURANCE

A.For items obtained through auctions, when you are notified of your winning  bid(s), you will automatically be billed for shipping, postage and insurance charges on your invoice.  All items are shipped using the U. S. Postal Serviceunless otherwise  requested. 

B.On set price items, postage, insurance and handling charges will be calculated and included when you are invoiced after the receipt and acceptance of your order(s).
